James Duff - Group CEO
Mr. Duff is a seasoned behavioral health executive with over 30 years of experience. He is a graduate of Georgia State with a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. Mr. Duff has worked in various states including FL, GA, LA, and NC and has held various clinical and administrative positions including multi-facility administration.
Matthew Winchester - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Winchester has been in the behavioral health field for over 20 years. He has held positions in direct care, research, clinical leadership and administration across a wide variety of behavioral health and medical-surgical settings. Mr. Winchester holds graduate degrees from the University of Michigan in Social Work (MSW) and Public Health (MPH). He is also a Lean Six Sigma certificate holder from Villanova University.
Amanda Kiner - Director of Clinical Services
Ms. Kiner has been with RiverWoods since 2006. She started her career as a therapist and was promoted to the Outpatient Services Manager. In February 2013 she was promoted to the Director of Clinical Services with direct supervision of inpatient social services and expressive therapy. She Graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelors in Psychology and holds a Masters degree in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University. In her role as the Outpatient Services Manager, she worked diligently to build the adolescent outpatient program.
Karen Copeland - Director of Nursing
Ms. Copeland is a Registered Nurse who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Baruch College New York and holds her BSN from Clayton State University. She has been a registered nurse since 2010. Karen has been employed at RiverWoods since 2004 initially as a mental health associate. Prior to that, Ms. Copeland worked in New York City with the Administration for Children’s Services. She has been Director of Nursing since October 2012.
