RiverWoods Behavioral Health System aims to make admissions to any level of treatment we offer to be as smooth and painless as possible so that we are the provider of choice for our referral sources, families, and patients as they make the brave transition into treatment for their disorders or chemical dependencies.
Open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day our intake team is always ready to help patients and families who need us. Our intake team will be able to answer any questions about our programs and determine the most appropriate level of care for each individual's needs. We offer a free, confidential assessments performed by our trained mental health professionals to anyone who may need our services. In addition, our intake staff is available around-the-clock to pre-screen direct admissions, consult with our medical staff, verify the insurance benefits, as well as arrange transportation for our inpatient program at no additional cost to the patient.
