Treatment Philosophy
At Rebound we believe in integrating wellness in the body as a whole when determining the best course of treatment for you. Our accepting and compassionate environment provides the perfect setting for you to begin your healing process. During your stay you will get to know other people working through similar issues, while at the same time gaining their understanding and support. Our approach to treatment for any disorder is to provide individuals with as many skills as possible so that they are able to cope with daily stressors in a more productive and healthier way. Rebound has a variety of techniques that will aid in this process. We want you to be able to recognize your positive qualities and to once again live a full and enjoyable life.
Treatments Offered
Rebound Behavioral Health offers inpatient treatment for adults aged 18 years and older who are struggling with a variety of emotional and behavioral issues including:
- Depression
- Substance Abuse
- Anxiety Disorders
- Bipolar Disorder
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Psychosis
- Dual Diagnosis
Each individual entering the program will work with a team of professionals to design an individual treatment plan geared specifically to their personal goals and objectives. Patients in our program will be involved in regular individual therapy, groups therapy, family therapy, and medication management as needed. Although we offer many therapeutic interventions our top priority is to provide initial stabilization to prepare you for longer-term recovery.
Rehab Activities
Rebound offers additional methods outside of traditional therapy models to help you recover from your mental health or substance abuse disorder. These may include:
- Journaling
- Music Therapy
- Recreational Therapy
- Relaxation Therapy
- Nutrition and other wellness strategies
- Pet Therapy
- A.A. and N.A.
