Family Involvement
Family involvement is a major part of the treatment process and so family members are encouraged to be involved throughout the entire treatment process.
In our rehab program family members can meet with a support group once a week where they can learn more about addiction and how they can support their loved one. Additionally, this support group allows family members a chance to process their emotions surrounding their loved ones addiction. Also, family visits are held three times a week.
For our geriatric program family members are allowed to visit on a daily basis. Additionally, family members will meet with their loved ones social worker and doctor at least one time throughout their loved ones stay, but will meet with them more if necessary. Updates about the patients status is available to family members on a 24 hour basis and they can get a progress update from the social worker on a weekly basis.
