John Philips, BS MBA - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Phillips held a variety of positions at treatment facilities in Texas and North Carolina prior to coming to Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery Center in November 2011 to work with Acadia Healthcare in opening this new treatment center.
Todd Stumbo, CAC, CAMS, RPS - Clinical Director
Mr. Stumbo has worked in the field of addiction treatment for over ten years. Prior to joining the Blue Ridge Mountain team, Mr. Stumbo held management positions at several long-term residential facilities in the Greater Atlanta area. Mr. Stumbo is a Certified Addiction Counselor, Certified Anger Management Specialist, and Relapse Prevention Specialist. Mr. Stumbo brings a breadth of personal recovery experience to his clinical leadership, and is a avid sportsman.
Amy Phillips, BS RN - Director of Nursing
Ms. Phillips has over 15 years of nursing experience in both the residential treatment industry and hospital operating rooms. Prior to coming to Blue Ridge Mountain Recovery Center in 2012, Ms. Phillips worked in operating rooms in North Carolina and was the Director of Nursing at a residential treatment facility in Texas. Ms. Phillips is a graduate of Texas Tech University and recently received her black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
