Review this Center

I'm currently in this facility and on the 5th and 6th floor the people who live up there smoke Crack and shoot up, there's random people in and out of the building especially on the weekends. There's no structure and the clinical supervisor acts like she's better than others.

When I was there a patient shot up heroin and was founded dead in her room staff tried to cover it up. Then prior to me getting there a former roomie told me that another girl had died because staff are not trained and certified in cpr which is fd up. She died of an asthma attack in bed.
