My friend has diarrhea every day of his life from drinking beer. He is 24 and he is a hard drinker. He can chug a beer in less than 2 seconds and have a case in a night. Does the diarrhea mean that his inside organs are starting to melt away from all the alcohol? I have tried to get him to stop or just smoke a j instead and take it easy but he doesn’t like weed and he won’t listen.

Hi and thanks for your question. The good news is that your friend's insides are not in fact melting away. The bad news is that hi constant diarrhea is a product of drinking and given that it's ongoing and constant, it may lead to other health problems. The type of drinking that you're describing is undeniably a problem and will assuredly get worse over time.
Your friend is lucky to have you in your life. It's frustrating to have our concerns go unheard. You can continue to express your feelings, but please don't take it personally when he continues to make poor choices. Live your life and consider your friend as an example of what not to do.
