Marcus Vick is out on bail for now, but a string of charges have him summoned to court in Norfolk Va on Monday.

It was a traffic offense that got Marcus Vick, brother of the imprisoned NFL star Michael Vick, kicked off of the Virginia Tech football team after a string of trouble and rule violations.

It was a traffic offense last night that has him back in the media eye, and but for a $1000 bail bond, behind bars like his big brother.

Marcus Vick, who was released from the Miami Dolphins in 2007, was involved in a heated altercation with his girlfriend Delicia Cordon in a parked car in Norfolk Virginia last night. A passing bicycle police officer stopped to make inquiries and while asking for Marcus Vick's license and registration, watched the ex football star flee the scene.

Vick stopped of his own volition only moments later, and after failing a field sobriety test, was brought into custody on charges of DUI, eluding a police officer, driving on the wrong side of the road and reckless driving. Vick was also driving on a suspended license.

Vick was held in jail overnight, and released on bail at 8am this morning. He faces a court appearance on Monday morning.

Delicia Condon was charged with public intoxication.
