“Gabriela Vilar who holds a masters degree in Counselling. As a lifelong learner, she has extensive experience in Psychotherapy, as individual and group counsellor. She holds a diploma in Career and Work Counselling. She is also certified in Advanced Hypnotherapy and as a NLP Practitioner and has experience in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique).
Gabriela is a member of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists (OACCPP). She has been involved in the field of counselling since 2003 and has worked with diversity and various emotional and life transition issues throughout her career. She has experience working with both children and adults.
Gabriela's approach to counselling is personalized and integrative. She believes that every human being is unique and as a result, she respects her client's preferences by providing a different approach for each person. In other words, Gabriela Vilar works in accordance with the needs of her clients.”
